The key to losing is to keep your metabolism going. Make sure to eat breakfast within 1 hour of getting up. This can be cereal or toast and eggs or bacon ....ANYTHING. Eat some kind of raw veg(carrot stick, celery stick, etc) or granola bar or fruit EVERY HOUR. Don't eat alot, just eat something to keep your metabolism up. Every 4 hours eat some kind of meal, so at lunch eat a salad or grilled chicken or something. For dinner, have meat and veggies. You can eat as much fruit, veg, and MEAT as you want, but don't gorge yourself. You will feel like you have been eating all day and really you have, but good things and the weight will come off. Try it for a week and see for yourself!! GOOD LUCK :o)

fruit is good but u can have things like butter free popcorn-i eat it and u'll get accustomed to the taste, granola bars, and if u like to bake and like sweet stuff, bake cookies or something with a LOT less sugar
also eat healthy breakfast-such as kashi cereal-tht stuff can keep u full for a while and is REALLY good for you-me and dad eat it

your'e starving yourself...eat to your hearts content otherwise you'll plurge on junk food...just remember to have 4-5 small meals a day, which consists of veggies and fruits..and chicken is good too..
