This is very important, rule of thumb is if a animal is secreting blood from any channel then something could be very wrong.you need to take him back to the vet a.s.a.p he may have something more serious than the vet has suggested.Being that he is only 12 weeks old hes very little so if there is something wrong you need to find out sooner rather than later. he could have some sort of infection or virus and little puppys can get very Ill very quickly. make an appointment today and put your mind at rest. good luck i do hope everything goes ok ..... x

take a stool sample and insist that it is sent to the lab, make sure the pup is drinking well ...mix milk with water to get him to drink as much as he can ..don't give him milk on i'ts own ,not untill his stool and a blood test has been done. feed him on chicken , mixed milk n baby rusks ,rice pud (warmed) from the tin . i dont know how the pup is in it's self ,if he is not hem self ,keep him warm, hydrated, and bac to the vet, asp, DO'NT GIVE HIM ANY MORE WORMING TABLETS....HE SHOULD HAVE, BY ALL RIGHTS,BEEN GIVEN A SYRUP IT'S KINDER ON THE GUT.
SHOPS ARE NOT INSURED FOR ANY MEDICATION THAT THEY SELL OVER THE COUNTER AND IT COULD DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD. ....FEED THE PUP LITTLE AND OFTEN .TILL YOU GET A RESULT FROM THE VET..HIS EYES SHOULD TELL YOU IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG .GOOD LUCK, try not to worry , Helen

take him to another vet because if that vet gave you dewormer and it didnt work then that vet must have made a mistake or didnt give you the right medicine

Have him tested for Parvo. Many puppies get this virus. There isn't a cure, it just needs to run it's course. If it is Parvo, then all you can do is keep him hydrated, put some Nutri-cal on his gums to keep his energy up. Many puppies die from this as a result of dehydration. Good luck.
