God does the judging, not us.

...Before I address this question, it is quite often used to shift the focus elsewhere, so the person does not have to deal with or think about their relationship with God.
...Jesus was real, historical figure, witnessed by the Bible and secular historians of His day - what about it, friend? Who is Jesus to you? Is He a liar, a lunatic, is He a legend, or is He the Lord, as He said? He claimed to be the only way to God - what do you say? No matter what happens to lost tribes on the other side of the world, God still will hold you accountable for what you know and what you did about it.
...Now re: those who have never heard: most people reject what insight God gives them (read Romans 1 and 2), and if there are those who really want to know, God will get the info to them, via missionaries.
...If you don't approve of missionaries, I guess you had better talk with God about it, because God's plan to evangelize the world always includes people.
...Disease and war appear, but how can you blame it on the missionaries - all the missionaries I know are God-fearing and very nice people who love others. Men and women are selfish, and this is the origin of fighting. Much disease comes from ignoring or being ignorant of God's principles.
...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. (Acts 16:31)
...Whosoever will, may come.

No one goes automatically anywhere, if you haven't been presented with an apple, how do you know it is an apple. If you haven't been presented with Christ how do you know where salvation lies, Jesus himself was asked a similar question and his response is, well, read it in the Bible. Secondly I recommend you read the history books as well, since not all were killed off by disease and war. Most missionaries that visited the most remote parts of the world, did not do anything but bring the word and they in turn were killed for what they believed.

Of course not. God is love! Those people will meet up with Jesus and will know him. We will be judged by what we know in the word, and if they don't know the word, they cannot be judged by it. However that does not give the rest of us the right to avoid the word or ignore the teachings or pretend we didnt know the word cause God knows our hearts, and our intentions. Jesus told us to go into ALL the world--and preach the gospel--and if we can't--help someone who can. Between satelite, cable, internet and missionaries, we've come along way and still have a way to go.

You don't need to accept Jesus to get into heaven.....He will let anyone that is his child in through the gates if there is such a thing. This belief that you must appease him at all cost, is absurd. I wish the truth about Religion would come out. It is a facade built on the beliefs of people who were easily influenced. This is a general statement, but I strongly believe that Religion is a crock and that being spiritual is the way to get to heaven. Being spiritual and religious are two different things

I don't know if those who have not been presented with the message of salvation go to heaven, or if there is some additional opportunity presented by God.
As the Creator of all things, God can judge how he is to judge. His word does say that there is no way to him except through his Son Jesus.
I will not say what happens to those who have not heard the message, because I don't know.

God chooses out or elects those for salvation. His choosing is by His grace and mercy, not because of anything we have done nor who we are. His elect come from every tribe, nation, people group and tongue. Those whom He has elected will be saved and He will make sure they hear the Gospel.
Rev 5:9 And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy are You to receive the scroll, and to open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood purchased us to God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
Rev 7:9 After these things I saw, and behold, a great crowd which no one was able to number them, out of every nation, even tribes and peoples and tongues, standing in front of the throne, and before the Lamb, having been clothed with white robes, and in their hands palm branches.
As for your slam on missionaries, they have brought more good then harm. They do not bring disease, they help heal people, they don't bring war, they work to stop it. Maybe you are the one who should consult a history book.

the Bible says those not under the law are judged differently. Maybe they're judged on whether they had hope, or by some ruling system unknown to man. no one really knows.
a person goes to Hell if they stay in a continual state of rejectance toward Jesus Christ. If they never heard of Jesus, God, or anything spiritual, I guess they never really rejected. so...

Hi friend! The bible says it is appointed unto men once to die and after this, the judgement.
God knows all things and He speaks in diverse ways, and He is also straight in His plans for the salvation of men...Without the shedding of blood, there's no remission of sins, tha's why He sent Jesus, that for as many as received Him,He gave the power to become the sons(children) of God.
You may not really ascertain if God had never given them any opportunity to believe,so, leave that to Him to judge.
There's salvation in no other, by whom we can be saved, and that's why Jesus is not just a way,but the way, the truth and the only channel to Heaven.
May God expound His words in your heart in Jesus' name.remain blessed.

Scripture teaches us that each person is responsible for the knowledge he is given. There are a few references out there for it, but alas, at the moment the only one that I can recall is Luke 12:43-48.
Here Christ tells us about people who do not know God's command vs. the people who do. Those who are given knowledge specifically about who God is are responsible for that knowledge.
This means that if you have been preached the gospel of Christ, you are responsible for responding to that knowledge of salvation. If you haven't, you are not responsible for knowing the specifics of the gospel.
However.
In Romans 1:20 we see that God declares that Since the creation of the world he has made himself known through nature itself, so that all people are without excuse. So there is a degree to which all people are responsible to worship God, but those who have not heard his gospel of Jesus Christ would not be responsible for that knowledge. But they would still be fully responsible to glorify God.
This does not mean that if they worship trees or ancestors or anything of that nature that it is equivalent based on the knowledge they have by even the remotest sense. For in Romans 1:21-23 it talks about people of this nature.
Here is an example of what that means.
There is a man who lived in a small tribe in south Africa, and he was an idol carver. That was his responsibility in the village. One day, he came to the realization that what he was doing couldn't be correct, for he was worshiping something that he made with his hands. He thought to himself "If I made this with my hands, then who made my hands?" At this point he began to worship the "God who made my hands". Later, missionaries came to his tribe and shared the gospel. The man was overjoyed because finally he understood more about the God who made his hands.
That man was responsible for a degree of knowledge about God even though he was never previously exposed to the gospel, and he honored God by worshipping him to the knowledge that he had. He knew that there was someone who had created him and the world, and he knew that for some reason, he was interested in people. He didn't know much beyond that, nor was he responsible to know more than that. Once the gospel had been shared with him, he was responsible for the knowledge of the gospel, and again he honored God.
There is an important role of missionaries, and in history they have changed entire nations (St. Patrick's Day is coming up, if you want a good history lesson about people going to teach others, I highly recommend researching him). But even without missionaries, there is Scripture that tells us about what happens with those people who have not heard.
However, the most important question, since you seem to have knowledge about Christ, is how do you respond to the knowledge that you have been given, for now you are responsible to understand God according to the gospel. I know that I am less concerned with how people who have never heard the gospel respond to Christ, and more concerned with how I respond to Christ, because I am responsible for my actions.
Incidentally, the man in the story from Africa is still alive today, and he his a missionary in the Congo.

(More God theory)
If God is in charge of heaven, then his judgement is final, so in order to get into heaven, God has to judge that you are worthy.
And how does one do that?
God is good, so all you have to do is be good.
And what exactly is good? Anything that you truly believe to be good, anything that you can do with a clear conscience, anything that you do that your heart doesn't feverently object to. Anything that makes you and others happy, anything that is positive to you and others. Do that and you'll have peace and happiness.
There, I just made up a religion based on logic, reason, and common sense.
