You need to do an overall change when that time of month comes meaning drink lots of water, don't fall for those chocolate cravings and salt ooh even worst! Eat tons of veggies and fruit and if you bloat walk, walk and do lots of stretching.
Oh and I use cetaphil face wash and use face lotion with no oils, I suggest johnson and johnson morning glow or clear complexion by aveeno who is also johnson and johnson. I have been using these products for the past few years I was breaking out bad when I went through a really stressful time in my life.
I have been really good about not giving into my cravings and it works miracles.

If you take care of your skin consistently it will breakout less. But if you breakout a lot I have heard "Proactiv' is great. I never had that so I just used Origins products. You can't completely stop blemishes but you can get rid of them faster. Messing with breakouts too much doesn't help either.
