What exactly is President GW Bush trying to tell us in this coded message?
I’m convinced President Bush is sending us coded messages in most of his speeches. What do you think?
" Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th; malicious lies that attemp shift the blame away from the terrorists, themselves, away from the guilty. To inflame ethnic hatred is to advance the cause of terror."

In six years of experience, I have learned to understand George-speak. Take whatever he says and write down the opposite. That's what he means. "Compassionate conservative", "Mission accomplished", "healthy forests", "clear skies", it's all very consistent.

President Bush ( aka The Dictator ) stirs such fury in this household, he is watched as little as possible. This fool tries to convey whatever his speech writers want him to say ( or Chaney ). Maybe if we could get our hands on some of those tin foil hats (Thanks, gildamcge), we could sit through this idiots dribble. He stole the first election. God only knows how he got in a second term. Hopefully the idiots who voted for him twice will stay home next election day if they can't make saner choices. Terrorism is wrong. But the Bible speaks "of wars and rumors of wars..." This will be with us as time lasts. However I would feel much better if we had an intelligent President looking out for our well being

I think he is trying to say that we should never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks or september 11th, or malicious lies which attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists, who are the guilty party. Also, he is trying to say that ethnic hatred encourages terrorists.

He is saying, these people are terrorists.
This will give him excuse to hunt them down & kill them to further his new world order agenda.
Next on his list? Wait for the Christian terrorists! Teach people about hell? Bah! Causes fear & terror!

I think Bush was politely trying to say, "don't be a gullible fool!" Of course that is merely my opinion, I could be wrong.
