i love to eat jello, is this bad if i am triying to lose weight?
any good receipts!! lol lol

also...
if u can tolerate fruits and veggies...eat the ones you like and eat healthy breakfasts(Kashi is a good one so is cascadian farm, but Kashi tastes better to me). cut back on portions slightly
but don't starve yourself.

im a vegetarian with health nut parents

Jello contains no fat. Sugar free jello is pretty much calorie free ( like 10 cal per serving) Enjoy!

jello is great! sugar-free is better.
you mix jello as box says then put in freezer
for about 40 minutes take it out than add bananas
or other fruit put back into refrig to set up more
black cherry jello with cranberry sauce= yummy

No Jello-o is a naturally fat free food and is often used as a sweet dessert for those on a diet & watching their figure. You are lucky to already like it & have it as a part of your routine now.

Jello doesn't have a lot of calories, but because it's mostly sugar, it won't fill you up like whole grains and vegetables. If you ate a lot of Jello, you'd have little energy

AS LONG AS YOU ARE EATING THE SUGAR-FREE JELLO IT IS NOT. TRY PUTTING SOME FRUIT IN IT OR COOL WHIP. AS LONG AS YOU DON'T GO OVERBOARD YOU SHOULD BE O.K.
