My ex-boy friend son and daughter runs away from home, they say their Father mental abuse them?

What can they do if this is true, they says no one belives them? I 'm caught in the middle and I do belive them, I have seen some abuse myself, but what can I do to help them?

I suggest bringing it up to their school councilor maybe he/she can help and this way they can bring it up to the parents if he/she believes it to be true. Just tell them your a family friend who's a little concerned but you don't want to go to police unless your certain.
