ARMOR OF GOD
As we go daily
Along the paths that we trod
We should never forget to put on
The whole armor of God
When we place ourselves
In God’s loving care
The Devil won’t catch us
In his wicked snare
We should have our loins girt
With truth about
Then Satan will not be able
To make us doubt
Do not forget
Your breastplate of righteousness
When you’re covered with it
God surely will bless
Shod your feet with the preparation
Of the Gospel of peace
Then the joy in your heart
God will increase
Place all around you
The faith shield
By the blood of the Savior
Your soul has been sealed
Cover yourself with the
Helmet of salvation
Jesus the Savior
Is a wonderful foundation
Carry with you always
The Spirit sword
One day Heaven
Will be your reward
To go through your day
With such protections as these
Start every morning
Down on your knees
For when you talk to God
In earnest prayer
He will wrap you in
His tender loving care

It's more of a song, but songs are just poems set to music.
Kate McSweeney, “The Armor of God,” New Era, Oct 1994, 10–11
1. As I sail life’s stormy seas,
sometimes trials seem to be
so much more than I can bear.
But I know my Father cares,
and he’s there for me.
Chorus
With the sword of truth protecting me,
and the shield of faith, I can be free
If I hold onto the iron rod
And proudly wear the armor of God.
2. I will let my torch shine bright
as I walk the path of right.
With my Savior as my friend,
I will endure to the end,
just one day at a time.
Chorus
3. So with all my heart and soul
I will strive to reach my goal
to be worthy and to stand
on the Father’s right hand,
and be counted.
Chorus
[Second part of chorus—to be sung after verse 3]
On a battlefield I stand,
awaiting God’s command.
A trumpet sounds the call,
“Come to Jesus, one and all,
And wear the armor of God.”

The armor of God is invincible.
Technically, in God's domain there would be nothing that could penetrate it. So God created a sensitive world in order to create super-powerful things like titanium, diamond, etc, which are the "armors of God."
It's an analogy people, don't get so tussled.

Armor. God's own armor.
What kind of stuff makes up God's armor?
Helmets, breastplates, bags to hold your coins,
Shields, belts, shoes and even stuff to cinch your loins,
That's armor, God's own armor,
That devils hate to fight!

I am wearing the Armour of God
I am happy in my shiny armour
Nobody can hurt me now
My delusions are as thick as steel
