i use a glass baking dish, it has to be big enough for the chicken to fit. usually bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until no longer pink in the middle. enjoy!

I bake my chicken in "stones" since they keep the chicken very moist. You can use marinated chicken or just spray the stone with PAM and it is wonderfule. I have also put uncooked rice in the stone first and mixed in a can of Cream of Chicken soup with the rice. Put about 1/2 to 3/4 cup wof water in with the soup. Lay your uncooked chicken over the top and cook for about 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees. Flavor as you wish. It is absolutely delicious.

you can cook chicken any way you want, but i have 2 very good and essentual tips

1 ) when handling raw chicken ALWAYS wash your hands after and properly wash anywhere the chicken has been

2 ) if it looks done, ( i am sure you have seen it cooked ) cut in half ( because its your first time ) and check that its not pink in the middle ( medium heat is usually ok ) - if its WHITE its cooked, if not, put it back in the oven.

make sure you have some kind of liquid in the pan, (water, wine or stock) so the chicken breast does not get dry.
