THe fastest way for me and the safest was with herbalifes all natural products, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins. I used a protein based diet with Herbalife after a friend who had lost weight recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right path to choose. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. You also a get e free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it.
I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. The owners will advise you on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. The website is www.myhealthabc.com. You just leave your details and they call you up, I would suggest that if you aren’t sure or don’t want someone to ring you then go to their main site www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages. This is what I did before I went to the first site and left my details so they could contact me. You can see with all the products and detail they have, so you know that they mean business. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Losing wieght is all about burning more calories than your intake. Sorry to say the pace of your weight lose will be determined by genetic metabolism. But, anyone (and i mean anyone) can lose weight.
First, water, water water. If you don't like water, put some lemon in it. You can even have leomonade. But hydration will ward of hunger at times.
2nd, caloire intake. Obviously fatty foods need to be reduced (and nearly eliminated). Deep fried foods and heavy starched foods will kill your efforts. Eat breakfast to get your body used ot the idea of stopping its habit of storing your calories. Also, begin eating 5 or 6 small meals a day. Breakfast (fruit, yogurt and maybe an egg or two), then before lunch eat some cottage cheese. Lunch, go for a good meal you like (ex. left over pork chops or chickn breast) and so on. The key is to get your body to accept and continue burning calories. (Don't forget about the water-a gallon a day is ideal).
Now, burning calories. Exercise is required-sorry. Walking, biking, swiming, running and gym exercises. Anything that will get your heart rate elvated for an extended period of time. You can invest in 4 pound weights and some resistent bands for less than $20. You then can do other exercises to get your heart working and not for more than 20 or so mintues a day.
When your heart working hard, your body will burn the little meals you ate, but also the fat stores you have now. Then, when you go to bed, rebuke the want/desire to eat alot. But eat something, cottage cheese is perfect.

First answer more easy is don't eat.
But i think if you can do it ,this will be wit short effect and after this you will be more hungry an you will eat more than before.
I am using diet with very much fruits and vegetables.
In first 5 days you have really do not eat almost nothing :about 2-3 apples or something like this. After this goo to fitness .
First Mont's not more than hour training and minimal 5 days in the week. After this Mont's you have to training 5 days of week bu 2 hours training. After 1-st five days yo can eat more vegetables about 1-2 kilos fruits and vegetables per day ,bu it depend of calories.
You have to watch to be not more than 1200-1500 calories.
after 2-3 months you can start to reach 2000 calories.
But only if you training 5 days in the week for 2 hours every day .
I made this diet for 18 months .
In 1-st month I put dawn 15 kilos and after 5 months another 15.
There is only one problem if you stop training your kilos will go back.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! Fast weight loss is usually a disaster. Changes in lifestyle are the best way to lose weight. However, you will need patience to see the difference. Exercise and a nutritious diet will be the best bet. Stay commited and you can do it.

Eat six healthy, small meals a day. Cut out soda pop and try not to drink a lot of flavored drinks and more water. Exercise three times a week for at least 30 min.
