Look at the IRS's website.
"The Free File program is a free federal tax preparation and electronic filing program for eligible taxpayers developed through a partnership between the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Free File Alliance LLC, a group of private sector tax software companies. Since Free File’s debut in 2003, more than 15.4 million returns have been prepared and e-filed through the program. Free File allows taxpayers with an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $52,000 or less in 2006 to e-file their federal tax returns for free."

Go to IRS.gov and find the "2007 Free File" link.
You should have no problem finding a free service to prepare your return. H & R Block and Turbo Tax are Free File partners.
Just be aware that you can prepre/e-file your federal return for free but your state might be extra. If you don't want to pay extra for a state return, go to your Dept. of Revenue's website and see if they have online filing available.

TaxAct.com is free for any income level to file your federal taxes for free, but if you go to http://www.irs.gov and click on 'free file' you can get an full list of the MANY companies that provide free filing. Based on your income you could use any of the companies.

Go to www.irs.gov, individual, free file. Personally I have found TaxSlayer to be very user friendly and in some cases your State will be free too.
