yes...I do it all the time. I buy a large quantity on sale, take it home, wash it under cold water, blot dry it with paper towel.
To make it real healthy I then put the meat in water and gently simmer until all the way cooked through. This takes about 40 minutes. Just to make sure it is cooked all the way I cut into a piece and check it.
When done take out of the water, let it cool, then cut it up into portions.
Seal it in zip lock bags, but make sure you remove as much air as possible. Freeze.
It's good for about a month when frozen.
You can use it right out of the freezer for soups, or in a vegetable stir fry.
For sandwiches ar in a salad remove the night before, and let thaw in your fridge.

Yes you can cut up and cook chicken, then freeze it in seperate portions. Just make sure the chicken is fully cooked and the freezer bag or container is very tightly sealed.
I have cooked a lot of things in large quantities then froze for later use.

yes... just make sure you wrap it tightly to avoid large air pockets. Air pockets will ice crystals to form with will eventually lead to an odd texture and eventual freezer burn.
If it's cooked in a liquid or gravy, have a little extra gravy in each portion so it forms an ice barrier.
Other than that, you should be able to cook and freeze chicken.
One thing to be aware of... is that when it defrost it may give off extra fluid from what was inside the chicken resulting in a slight textural change.

Yes. Cut each breast up, and then put it into a "freezer" ziploc bag. You'll be good to go!

You sure can...chicken holds up very well frozen. Just make sure to put in a ziploc bag so it doesn't get freezer burnt.
