Cavan ,Monaghan Donegal ,are part of Northern Ireland and are in the Twenty six Counties, The Republic of Ireland The other six Counties are in the Uk Province of Northern Ireland. Sligo is just outside Northern Ireland.

Sligo is actually in the Republic Of Ireland, although its fairly close to the border with Northern Ireland.

Sligo is in the republic of Ireland but its at the north of the republic if you know what I mean! it borders northern Ireland and also Roscommon, Leitrim and Mayo

No, it's a county in the Republic of Ireland, not Northern Ireland.

It does happen to be in the Northwestern part of the Republic of Ireland though.
