How can I find my sister's and brother's green card numbers? They used to live in Puerto Rico (USA), but now they are in South America because of our parent's divorce 29 years ago! and actually they want to come back to the US and try to "save" their records they had. Thank you!

If they were citizens of Puerto Rico or born there they shouldn't have a problem coming back there.
If they were born elsewhere and came to Puerto Rico as children, I'm not sure and you should contact the Puerto Rico State Department at; (787) 722-2121. They should be able to direct you to the proper department.
Good luck.
