F. están comiendo

but they could be eating in the kitchen = en la cocina

or in the living-room = en la sala

you don´t have a possibility for dining-room

The most logical answer is D ... a,b,c, e are also correct, but not the most logical place for eating ... and the question is "where are your parents?" .. F does not describe where they are
