When you put a direct object pronoun in a sentence that uses a gerund form of the verb (the -ing form), the d.o. pronoun goes at the end of the verb ... and there's an accent mark over the 'a' mirándolo. Also, make sure that your d.o. pronoun matches the gender of the d.o. (in this case it does) ... so, if it were la cara instead of el reloj ... it would be mirándola ....
