If i'm 6' 2" at 160 lbs and i'm 18 years old. Anyone know what weight i should be striving for. thanks

Ideal is 170 lbs. but any thing between 148 - 195 lbs is good.

Honestly I think your weight is right on tract. If you are wanting to lose weight dont go under 155 pounds. You are quite tall so you are going to weigh more. I am 5'8" and my docter said I should be at 145-155. Dont worry about it. IF you want to gain weight then dont go over 190ish. Stay strong and healthy with your tall self!!!!LOL

I think your doing just fine because i have seen 18 year old at about 250 pounds and more!! So your doing fine.

your just right 100lbs for 5ft and add 5 lbs for every extra in. so you could gain 10lbs!!

almost anyone can play vball. As long you are strong, muscular, (tall most the time), good hand-eye coordination and balance, you can DEFINITLEY play.

it all depends. on your genes and how big you are. your bmi is 20.5 so you are perfect, exactly in the middle. here is a chart that might help:
