I am 37 weeks pregnant and I have had the obvious stomach cramps, but from time to time I get some MAJOR cramping in both my breasts, but no leakage or anything. Is that normal?

You are very close to delivering and your breasts are getting ready to release the milk that is being formed. Once you stop breast feeding the pain will only get worse. Use a hot compress and gently massage the area. That should help to loosen the breast tissue.

I've never felt what I would call cramping but weird feelings in the breast are normal.

Cramps in general are due to the lack of water. Drink more water. Most people do not drink enough water.
