Go to a podiatrist and have them shaved, because cracked heels are usually a sign of a bone spur in your heel bone. These people that say use moisturizer don't know what they are talking about

Arbonne has an awesome body care set containing a body serum and hydrating lotion that does wonders! The products are botanically based and do not contain harmful ingredients such as alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, mineral oil, acetone, etc. They are water based for maximum benefit and will deeply condition and hydrate your skin. Lotions that contain mineral oil, the molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate the pores of your skin, sitting on the top layer like saran wrap. Products that contain mineral oil get wiped off over time and have little to no benefit. This is why you find yourself reapplying your lotion three times a day. Scroll through the pictures in the attached website. There are some great before and after results. I think that it's best to try a product first to ensure that's it's beneficial to you before spending your money. If you're open to giving it a try, I'll be happy to send you a free sample.

A strong body exfoliator would work pretty well if you massage it into your heels for a minute or so while you're bathing. Sephora has a lot of products for the skin, and The Body Shop also sells really good exfoliators. Moisturize everyday after the exfoliation with a thick cream. I recommend The Body Shops Shea Butter; it's amazing on dry skin. Getting your heels scraped during a pedicure only makes yours heels worse in the long run. Good Luck!

There isn't a miracle cure for this unfortunately. The best i can suggest is to moisurise them regularly and at night put loads of moisturiser on then wear socks to bed. The socks will help keep them moist throughout the night. There are specific creams and lotions you can buy from chemists but i dont know if they are any more effective than normal intensive moisurisers. Carry on with the pumice stone after your bath so the skin is softer and try not to wear open backed/sling back shoes so often. Hope that helps :0)

A very good home remedy is to rub castor oil on your feet before bed and wear socks. Do this for about a week and the cracked heels should be gone!

Use a medicine call Cracked Heal Cream. You can buy at Wal-Mart or a drug store. It is in a small jar with blue lid. Works like nothing else.

Mosturizing Lotion...get a lotion that has pumice in the ingridients. The pumice will absorb moisture to re-mosturize your cracked heels. Also try sea kelp/weed as an ingridient for cracked heels.

Try Bag Balm in a green tin from any drugstore...A little goes a long way, put it on before bed and wear socks.

lotion doesnt work because its pretty much water. you need something thick like vaseline and cover them with socks before bed. that is advice that doctors give. or if it is really bad go see a doctor and they can give you some kind of cream for it
