That's a brave desision to make and you should be proud of it. Ignore some of the loosers above who are meen and don't know what they're talking about. There is lots of support out there so you shouldn't have to do this alone! The best places to go would be your gp or social work department, or your local library - I know that in my area they have a list of local support organisations available at the library. Any of these places should be able to point you in the direction of local support groups where you should be able to speak to other people who have been / are going through it, as well as medical help if you want it.

I'm sure you don't need me to remind you that the internet is great for anonymous support but it is not a good place to meet people for more than that - keep yourself safe and remember not to give out personal information. (Sorry - hope that's not too patranising!)

Good luck xxx

Bulimia is not only binging and purging there is so a lot more suitable to eating issues. it truly is having an risky courting with food, even if that be overeating, purging what you eat, proscribing, ravenous. Bulimics do not inevitably could binge to purge. you've EDNOS it truly is eating disease no longer in the different case different. i have been scuffling with an ED for over 3 years now and it truly is no longer something absolutely everyone could ever become in contact with. it truly is no longer glamorous or pleasant and also you may in no way feel free with it. you ought to flow see a psychologist. i understand some human beings won't be able to because of particular causes yet i understand that the position I stay there is an section stated as Headspace the position 12-25 year olds can obtain help. it truly is loose because it runs through our well being plan. i wish this helped sweetie. stay solid <3

Some people on here can be so insensitive. I have never had that problem but i know that you need to talk to someone right away. It is having a big effect on your health and your mind. Talk to a doctor and have him recommend a treatment center that you can go to. Dont try to do it on your own. Also talk to your family about it so you will have their support when you need it. Do alot of research on it on the net so you truely understand the impact it is having on you. It will make you want to stop even more. See if there is a support group around you and join it. Good luck and i hope you get better.

It is better to talk to someone neutral, or an expert.

Please talk to a close friend. If they are close they may well have had their suspicions that something was wrong anyway. Or a family member....somebody on yahoo answers is not going to be able to help you as much as any of these people.

With anything, realising that this is not the way to carry on, is a step in the right direction.

The doctor is the next step, who will refer you on to an expert. They'll let you talk about (or discover) the reasons behind your bullemia. This may be painful, but it is the only real way to get past it. Then it's one day at a time.....good luck.

You are going to need clinical evaluation and possibly inpatient treatment. You cannot do this alone. You can try but will feel much worse about yourself if you fail. You need people around you physically who are going through what you are currently experiencing. Call your nearest emergency room right now and ask them about inpatient treatment for bulimia, they will be more than happy to give you the information you need. Insurance will also pay for some types of treatment. You need to be monitored.

realistically YOU are the only one who CAN do it. You have taken the first step in recognizing you have a problem, Don't feel shame or shyness: ask for help! See your GP, no actually, see another doctor because if you have been bullemic for 5 years and he hasn't caught it yet, then he is a moron and you need another doctor

Watch the show intervention on friday nights. they have a lot of people with your problem. Also try having somebody taping you throwing up or following you around. It's easier to see how it affects you and people around you when you can go back and lokk at yourself. Just an idea.
