This is so true! It seems they have to let their whole neighborhood know everything. They do not know the meaning of the word discrete. They never have money for food, but they always have money for alcohol. I think it is quite obvious by looking at these people that they are poor and/or low class. They do not seem to take any pride in their appearance or manners.

I think your question may have been misunderstood a tad, there is a difference between being poor and being low class....some of the wealthiest people I know are scum who wouldn't know the truth if it bit them in the a**....and some of the people I know who have the least, are the classiest most upstanding people I know...
There is also a difference between people who need help, seriously need help at one time or another and that is what welfare and food stamps are intended for....but I also think that the "lifers" who just expect to try nothing and do nothing to improve themselves and spend their lives with their hands out are very annoying. They are literally taking food out of the mouths of people who really need it.....
I am not sure about the pit bulls and partying....!!!!! I just really wish that people would play fair and stop trying to cheat "the system"......JMO.....

Why do you care so much? Worry about what YOU do in life! I could say something like "Why is it that all the low-life people with low IQ's always ask prejudice questions?" You sound like an ignorant @sshole when asking questions like this. Don't you know that? Why are you so WORRIED about it? Because even though they don't have as much money as you...they are having MORE FUN??? Quit being miserable. I suspect that with your ignorant comments that you barely make more money than the types that you are referring to. Move out of your parents house and try to make a living on your own. Lets see how far you get! lol

Low class...........hmm. What exactly is that?
Is that the same as not being trained in the art of being considerate? and not following the golden rule? and not trying to walk in someone else's shoes?
At the end of the day, we all want to enjoy life.
Those who may not be able to afford a trip on a plane etc. may choose to live a little by throwing a party. The party may not cost anything as the venue is provided and as everyone is asked to take something.
Better to fraternise and enjoy company than do the other hating stuff........."don't it"?
These little things help to alleviate stress and pressure and help minimise tempers flaring.
Ironically, it may also be a way to annoy those who they know are looking down on them :) .
As for the dogs they keep out undesirables :) :) :)

I agree with you! I have also seen this.
Usually the people who cant be bothered to get a real job and do something.
Living on welfare always bumming things.
I guess the parties make them feel good they dont have the brains for anything else.
Some people always feel sorry for them and give them things.
Gee why get a job when you can bum and get hand outs.
Go to jail for free food and accomodation instead of paying thier fines.
Enough said

Some people may get their priorities mixed up.And sometimes people do what they have been taught and what they have seen around them. People do better when they know better. Just a word to the wise, Don't look at people as Low Class, that's a judgement statement rather than an observation.

my guess is that the pit bulls (or other big dogs) are needed for security in areas where there's a high incidence of crime / people breaking into your house. as for the parties? please, girl. it costs nothing to throw a party if you have everyone bring the food/ beverages. and everyone deserves a good party, regardless of your means of throwing it.

You come across as sort of an evil, vindictive person, dear. Lots of judging going on for a Christian( it might be good to delete that little bit of information from your profile, ok??), it would seem, as well. Not just judging, but death wishes and burnings in Hell for those who don't agree with you? tsk tsk You're a mess.

Parties are a way of forgetting that you're poor. Pit bulls are a poor mans security system.
