Good old fashioned Tylenol. But, if can avoid taking it, do, because sweating it out and letting the fever break naturally will lessen the duration of your symptoms. Tylenol helps alleviate the aches and fever, but it also does not let the fever do its job. A fever is your bodies defense, I say let it work.
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, and do not let yourself get chilly. Stay warm, even if you are sweating, sweating is good.
Good luck.

No medicines can actually cure flu but there are medicines which will help you to feel better & numb the pain & discomfort. You need to combine a pain killer to reduce your pain, with something to reduce your fever if you have one & something to reduce blocked nasal passge if you also have a cold. The strongest pain killer available over the counter is codeine, which is often found in medicines mixed with paracetamol which will reduce your temperature & you need an anti histamine to reduce your blocked nose. Go to the chemist & ask or look on the back of the box for what ingredients are contained.
