Being in ministry is a calling....there's no need for a man-made ordination.

first pray, pray, pray make sure God is leading you there...find a church, and ask if you can help...it may lead to an internship...and then to seminary, and then a full time job. Pray about it...if God needs you as a youth minister, it will get done...as long as you are willing to put your faith in him...
