It's a mind set. In their mind they honestly believe they are healthy by what they are doing (hey, they're not in the hospital or are sickly all the time). They probably will never see what else they require to be healthy, until they go through something that opens their eyes up, to their actual health state.

If you eat healthy everyday.It is still possible to get sick because of germs.But your chances of fighting off a curable sickness is better than when you don't.Your immunity is stronger and sickness time is shorter.
