My friend and her boyfriend have fallen out. I tried 2 get her 2 tlk to him bt she says she always takes the 1st step. They both said things that they didn't mean and now non of them will cave in. Should she talk to him?

Maybe your friend is tired of taking the 1st step. I used to be in a relationship like that. Eventually they will talk if they really want to. Let it be.

He should take the 1st step since he is the guy but it all depends who started it whoever started it should make the first move on saying sorry

It depends. What does she want to come from all of this? Does she want him to make the 1st move? Does she want it to be over and move on?
If she wants him to profess he's sorry she'll have to wait it out. If he doesn't then she can choose to call him or move on without him.
If she just wants it over then who care who makes the 1st move, call and apologize and move past it. If she can't do that then they shouldn't be together.
Relationships are not about keeping score.

If she is really in love with this person I think she shouldn't care if she has to to take the first step. If she really wants to make things work between them she should go for it.

Humm have you ever heard of the rules? The rules are a lil secret between women to see how much the guy feels about her ...shes going to wait on him. Also note that if she is waiting on him is that she feels it is his fault and she is probably going to get to the point where she will start to feel she is loosing feeling for him the more time he takes to call her.

Trying to force your friends into a relationship is not a good idea. My modo is that they had to have a pretty good reason to break up with him in the first place right? what has changed since then? probably nothing.
