I have been looking on the internet and it is not spelled with the comma. There are several variations, but this is the best translation for Latin.

Latin may be good, but Greek might be better.

Who Dares Wins - no comma - is the motto of the UK, NZ, and Australian Special Air Services in English.

In French it's Qui Ose Gagne - it's the motto of the 1st Paras - First Parachute Regiment.

In Hebrew it's Sayeret Matkal (sorry - no Hebrew fonts) - Motto of a Special Forces Unit of the Israeli Defense Force. It's also in Roman script on their Badge.

In Greek, it's O Tolmon Nika (really sorry to have no Greek fonts). It's the motto of both Greek Special Forces and Cyprus Tactical Unit.

The motto has been traced to ancient Greek.
