Raising babies is a co-parenting job usually. Put him in and see if he feeds them. If he doesn't feed them in 30 minutes, CALL THE VET ASAP and learn to handfeed!!! This is life or death!

DO NOT FEED THEM MILK!!!! BIRDS DO NOT DRINK MILK AND DO NOT HAVE THE ENZYMES TO DIGEST IT. IT WILL MAKE THEM SICK!

Dairy products are not digested well by birds, and because they are lactose intolerant they do not tolerate milk based products. http://www.tailfeathersnetwork.com/birdinformation/nutrition.php

When I had baby parakeets, the father would help out by feeding them, but that was about it. The mother sat on them and kept them warm and every once in a while the father would fly in with lunch.. But I guess you could try the father thing, just supervise to make sure that he doesn't hurt them. If that doesn't work, try feeding them with a dropper several times an hour every single hour of the day with a baby bird formula...

First of all you were wrongly informed that the Father Had to be taken away when the eggs hatched, I would put the father back in to see if he feeds give a couple of hours but hand feed some milk into the babies crop just put the milk in the palm of your hand and dip the babies beak into the milk bur be care-full that you don't drown him, Hope that works, only listen to Professional Budgie breeders

DO NOT put the mle with the babies. He WILL hurt them seriously! If anything either try to be motherly to the yourself or GO TO A VET!
