Yes drink full fat milk .. Skim and 2% contain more lactose that hit the digestive system directly causing pain and discomfort.
If you drink full fat milk and milk with other carbs then it takes longer for you to digest it and the lactose is slower to hit the digestive tract.
I too was diagnosed as lactose intolerant. But found that I could still enjoy full fat milk and ice cream and cheese with out any pain.

Assuming that's it...

It's possible to develop this later in life. Especially if you didn't eat much dairy for a few years.

Or, it's possible you've always had it, but the symptoms weren't as bad.

Cure? Some believe in eating LOTS of dairy over a prolonged period of time, to try to rebuild the enzyme.

Your best bet is to take lactase enzyme pills before eating dairy. You might be able to build up an excess supply or kick-start your production of the enzyme. If not, at least you have the pills or drops.

The reason women have breasts is to feed their children(not for sex) when the kid is done nursing with mom's milk ,he does not need ANY MILK.Certainly not cows milk.LOOSE the milk and dairy products.Don't believe me do some research on the net.
