Bin Laden isn't in Pakistan, he's in Saudi Arabia.
Think about it. He's Saudi, most of his funding comes from Saudi Arabia, 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia so he knows he's got support and the Saudi Government has flat out refused to assist with any investigation into 9/11 or Al Qu'ida. The Saudi Government supports the same brand of fundamentalist Islam that he does. He knows US won't attack Saudi Arabia because the US is too dependent on its oil, it's actually able to defend itself, and because many of the leading figures in US Goverments going back 30 years have close ties to Saudi business, so he knows he's safe.
PLUS, Bin Laden needs dialysis - he has renal failure. Is he really going to be sitting in a cave in the middle of nowhere hooked up to a kidney machine, or is he going to be in the country with one of the best medical systems in the Middle East?
The reason he's not been caught is that too many people have a vested interest in not p*ssing off the Saudis to properly go after him.

Osama is probably dead in Pakistan. His squawking messages haven't surfaced in a long time. Either he doesn't believe his own message and is in hiding or he is dead. I feel the later has happened.

Osama is a CIA asset. The FBI has no evidence against osama, stupid people think he confessed, but the video is a fake.
