My boyfriend and I have been dating over a year. A few months into dating, and at a point in time where i really needed him, he cheated on me. He and the other girl only kissed, but to this day, I do not trust him hanging out with other girls. Some of his friends are girls so it becomes a problem when he wants to go out. He is afraid to tell me because he knows I'll worry the whole time, so he tells me when he gets home, which i just think hurts me more. I get jealous whenever one of his girlfriends texts him or calls him or anything like that. Basically, I want some tips or suggestions on how to trust him again.

I'm sorry to hear that you gotta go thru that....trust is such a hard issue when it comes to relationships. I personally don't know if I could trust him anymore. It seems to me if he was really sorry he would have cut contacts with the other girls and focus more on you...but it doesn't seem he is trying to regain your trust. There's only so much you can do but he's gotta make the first move. You can try to sit and talk with him to see if he will make a compromise with you....if not...I think you should move on if not you will suffer a lot in the relationship. Never sacrifice your happiness for anyone...you deserve to be happy!
