The bible says there is no more tears or sadness in heaven. I think yearning for family member on earth would bring tears and sadness. We have tears and sadness here on earth for our loved ones who die because we are still on earth and do not know the perfection of heaven yet. Those in heaven are not sitting around thinking of us and crying. We will see our loved ones again, if we accept Jesus and live for Him. Until then, we are to go about our business here on earth, and those in heaven have their own business to go about. I don't think that includes being sad and missing us. At least I hope not! My dad died a year ago and I don't want him to be sitting around crying about missing me, when he's in such a great place like heaven!! There's so much to do and see there! I'll see him again someday up there and we'll have a grand reunion!

i might could say the Christian Heaven because of the fact from the comments from close to death reviews it particularly is a feeling this is previous explaining, it is so pleasing, variety of like an endless orgasm. The perpetual state of nothingness does not sound like the form of place an lively concepts might decide to be, the virgin difficulty, who knows what the virgins are going to look like they might all weigh 350 pounds and have enamel lacking. Reincarnation isn't a heaven difficulty, that is coming back to earth to be in the land of the residing, that's the only place which you'll be tried and examined so which you'll be an over comer, to triumph over the lust of the flesh, the lust of the attention, and delight. in case you do this jointly as your here you will no longer could be ashamed or shown up once you visit heaven, rely of actuality you would be unable to circulate there till you do this first, it particularly is a call for, and there are actually not any set style of those that would get carry of that, it particularly is to whom soever will. there is no longer something you are able to take with you to make hell extra gentle, you will no longer want it besides, the which technique of eternal or eternal means that it particularly is going to be your very final resting place. No coming back, Jesus reported that the wicked would be accumulated to gether like branches to be thrown into the furnace, So what happens to branches while they're thrown into the furnace? They expend, destroyed, no longer exist. For eternity. this is it. not extra opportunities.

When I first read this question I thought you meant- "does our soul yearn for the body we leave behind?" Thought that would have been quite interesting, I've never thought about that before. But anyway, that's irrelevant lol.
Depends what the soul is, really- and if it can hold onto physical memories, or just what those memories all add up to create (if that makes sense?)
So the soul could just be the essence of us, still holding all the love we've ever felt for anyone, but not quite remembering why, or who it was for.

I think if you go to heaven, it is so great and all tears are wiped away, so you don't miss the earth and the people left behind. If you go to hell, you would miss anything rather than be there.

The soul, which is the real you is effected by material things because of it's connection to this body. Once you are separated from this body there will be no pull of the old nature. 1Cor. 15

I was tought both ways.If you have unfinished buisiness-maby you stay to 'finish it'.When I had a NDE I was given a choice.I came back to finish,or I was sent back by the voice of God.If their ready for you and its time to go.You go.But if theres things to do you don't.Like saying good-by.
