Postage is the same as if sending it any of the 50 states or it's Territories. You will send it to a FPO or APO, DO NOT put the country that it is going to. Address it just like a normal letter or package. I should know this I did it for 20 years as a Navy Postal Clerk.

go to the post office and fill out a customs form. List what it is and mark it as a gift. You have to list it as a dvd and a value. Postage is not that much maybe a few dollars and the postmaster can walk you thru anything eles on the form that needs to be filled in. They are there to help you.

There is a different amount, you should go to the post office just to make sure. Also if you are sending something overseas your going to have to fill out a paper about what is in there and sometimes the postman will open it just to make sure.So it's best to go to the post office just to make sure the DVD reaches Iraq.

You already received the answers you were looking for (You pay for domestic shipping, and don't bother with Priority Mail.).
Don't tell the truth about what's in it on your customs form. (Ugh, that probably breaks about three different laws....) Things get stolen down range like crazy, so I always lied. I usually wrote "Tampons" and "Sanitary Napkins" when I didn't want the things stolen. What guy is going to touch the contents of THAT box with a ten foot pole? (Note... my husband received every package I sent untampered with when I did that.)
Take care!

If you're sending it to a service-member, it will cost the same as shipping it in anywhere else in the U.S. and you just need to ask that person (or a family member) what his or her unit's address is.
The military uses APO and FPO addresses which are treated like any other U.S. address. The difference is that since it's going to another country, you will need to bring it to the Post Office yourself to complete customs forms (which they will help you do).

the postage is the same. Just a word of warning: anything you send goes space available from New York, so don't waste money on priority shipping.

Carry it down to the recruiters office, and then put it in your duffle bag when they ship you over to be a bullet catcher for halliburton.
