I like him alot,but he doesnt knw it,we just check eachother out..Anyway im leaving in this wk &his attitude just changed..I though he would be heartbroken but hes rather upset,aint my fault im leaving my contract finished

What's really stupid is that you both like each other, and now are not going to be working together anymore, but neither of you has the guts to ask the other out. What would be really stupid is if you just leave without giving him your number.

i think he wants u to be with him for the rest of his life time sorry u said like so u only like him but dont love him, he loves u that is why he dont want u to leave him alone and if it is compulsory u go tell him that u both will still have to get in contact with eachother or u create a medium of seeing eachother before u leave.

upset and heartbroken are pretty much the same thing. heartbroken is probably more extravagent.
he obviously likes you then, he's upset because he will miss you, not because he thinks you don't care about him enough to stay

It is not stupid. He never realised that he cared like he does, till you said you were leaving. Maybe he can keep in touch with you, cause maybe he might be worth it.

He's gonna miss you, thats why he's upset, but don't think he's mad at you regardless to how he act. We're (guys) are weird like that. We have a hard way of showing emotions.
