Look = Mira!
Watch = Mira! (In Spanish look and watch it's almost the same)

He saw it = El lo vio
He didn't see it = El no lo vio

I am not terribly fluent in Spanish, but I know that if you wanted to say "Look!" or "Watch!" you would say "Mira!". As for "He saw it", I'm not really sure. To say "He didn't see it", you would say "He saw it not." or "He it not saw." Also, a usage note: when writing an exclamation, place an upside-down exclamation point at the beginning of the sentence. (The same goes for questions, but, of course, with question marks.)

look = "mira" (note: look out! would be "cuidado!")
watch = "mira" or "mirame" (reflexive form means "watch me")

he saw it = "lo vio" he didnt see it = "no lo vio"

¡MIRA!

¡MIRA!

(El) lo vio. / (El) no lo vio.

You use "la" in place of the "lo" if the "it" is a feminine noun.

Example:

él no vio la parada de autobús. (he didn't see the bus stop)

This would turn into:

él no la vio. (he didn't see it)
