Do you mean Confirmation .... the vow that people take when they are young? It just means an avowal to be faithful to their adopted religion and to live life according to the teaching of that religion.

There are examples of the same sort of ceremony in the Jewish faith: the Bar Mitzvah for boys and the Bas Mitzvah for girls


They are both a promise to lead a good life, to walk on the path of spirituality, rather than to waste life by frittering it away on the wrong activities. It is very nice.

Confirm? Or conform? I am not sure exactly what word you are trying to use.
but we who believe in the Lord Jesus always want to defend His word and confirm our beliefs by showing others His wonderful truth- and giving our testimonies. Because we love the Lord!! We want others to know of His great love!
