am now 21 years old and i had under nuitrition during ages of growth so that is why am so short at 5,2 i want to gain 2 more inches if possible whta should i have to do what sort of food i should eat more one problem i feel is that i can't sit straight i am always sitting with my back turning down words and dis days i am experiencing fat belly and increased waist am so worried that i will be more short than how i am now plz help me out

you're 21, sorry you're not growing taller man. Doesn't matter what you eat, your body physiologically has stopped growing in height. The "fat belly" increased waist is lack of exercise, eating more than you burn in calories wise, etc. You will not become shorter any more than you can become taller. Talk to a nutritionist so you can figure out a healthy diet for balanced nutrition, watch what and how much you eat (calorie wise) so you stop eating more than you burn, and start excercising more to increase the amount of calories you burn and tone your abs to reduce your waist size.

you don't need an 'expert' to tell you any of the above, but the best place for an expert is a nutritionist or a doctor since you already know you have had the issues with nutrition in your childhood.

If you're 21 you've pretty much peaked as far as growth (height) goes. Exercise and foods rich in calcium and vitamin D would probably help you some. But I know of no magic food, or herb, or vitamin that will help you grow. You might want to ask your doc about HGH. (human growth hormone)

you'll probably want to see a doctor about this. Protein and calcium are probably good, try to exercise more, especially your back (to help your posture) Try doing...i geuss they would be like backwards crunches, look for people who look like they're practicing flying. Even regular crunches/sit ups will help your back, also swimming. Stay away from junkie foods, and try to eat as balanced as possible. And sit up straight, even if it hurts after a while, to build up those muscles. But you probably arent getting any taller.
