I think you will know if you like the person if you enjoy the company of someone!! And the question here is how do u get attracted?
There are people who get attaracted by beauty, some due to intellect and for some there are so many reasons. Some relations too are devoid of any reason. The person should be able to accept the way you are and if they want you to change, it may be not be genuine. However, if you want to change to make the relation better and if you do it without cribbing, it is true love and true relation.
Depending on the kind of person you are, you will have an option of deciding which feature appeals to you and which attracts you. Its a girl thing or a boy thing :) you will come to know when the bells ring!!

I think that there are 3 key factors to a good relationship. Honesty, Trust, and Faithfullness. Without all 3 of them, then its not a relationship

the most important thing u look in a relationship is the if the person makes u feel goo like u could be with them all day an u wont get bord the other thing is the u like the way u look kause if u dnt like the way they look u gona cheat on them trust me... the other thing is trust kause if u dnt trust the person is neva gona work kause u just gona b askin him ir her were have u been who ere u with or the other person is gona do that to you... an the other thing is sexual thing kause if they dnt got wat u want u r gona go look for it some were else das wat hurts the relationships most of the time
