Once they are fixed they should get out that habit pretty quickly.
I had the same issue with my two male cats, and had to get them fixed and now they fight less and definately don't mount each other any more. And I feel much better that they don't have that "need" any more and that they can concentrate more on being cute.
Get them fixed. They will be happier, and so will you. I guarantee it!

It is a play for who is the alpha male. Are they both neutered? If not get them neutered and it should help. But you have two dominant males fighting for the number one place in the pack.

don't get them fixed just every time they start to do it hit them or something just to let them know it is wrong. Just like you have to do when you house train them.
