We fail our parents, boyfriends and girlfriends, friends, and even ourselves sometimes. We are human beings and life is full of the times we do not meet the expectations of the people around us. It isn't a matter of why or how, but it's how you bounce back from the mistake and learn from it. You are human, and you are no perfect. The day that you figure out that it's okay to not be perfect you will realize that your life will be much more peaceful.

To err is human...it is just an embedded part of our dna. People will sometimes let us down, and we will sometimes let others down. The sad thing is, we often hurt the ones we are closest to the most. I don't know if this happens because we try so hard to NOT hurt them--like trying not to spill an over-full glass-- or if this happens just because we spend so much time with the ones we love, but we do let others down, don't we?

Because we can......one of the biggest downfalls of relationships is we start taking each other for granted because we constantly think that they'll still be around even when we've failed them.....
