I believe in Consequence (which I guess you might call Fate in certain circumstances, but I don't.)

No.
There's no evidence of any kind that *anything* is destined to happen, pre-determined, or "fate."
Just like there's no evidence of any kind that there is any sort of god.
If you do believe in "fate" -- why do you? What evidence do you have that there is any such thing?
Life on this planet goes pretty much by one simple rule: sh*t happens. Deal with it the best you can :)
Peace.

A designed fate or just a fate? Any atheist that doesn't believe in free-will must believe that their end it pre-determined. Some theists believe this too. An athest who does believe in free-will probably doesn't believe in fate.

No. I believe that things happen due to a chain of events. Those events may be unforseen, but something or someone caused them. Every action has a reaction, regardless of what it is or who it effects.
Ex: Sue forgot to set her alarm, so she was late for work. Mike had to go to the office downstairs to cover for her until she arrived. While Mike was down stairs, he bumped into Nancy, who fell down and hur her leg.
Bad example, but still. The fall could be contributed to God giving her a reality check.....truthfully, it was all a chain of events.

I can't speak for all atheists. Personally, no I don't believe in fate. I think our life course is based upon the decisions we make and the effects of the decisions of others (i.e. you get hit by a drunk driver...you chose to be out and the driver chose to drink).
Regarding your follow-up: I do not believe in destiny.

I do believe in likelihoods and probabilities, which could explain how the actions we take make certain results more or less likely.

i don't believe god exist, but i do believe in fate. It's not god that's controlling fate, but minute force that's exerted and being exerted on control, or rather, direct fate.

Nope. And I hate Mel Gibson when he uses this concept in every single one of his movies.
