Blind faith is the ability to believe in something that you cannot prove without question. Nothing you could say or show me could deter me from my faith. I also believe that blind faith should include the ability to listen to others and never make a final decision. I believe in God, however, I am not about to split it into little bits saying, this is true about it and this isn't true or this belief is correct and this isn't. I believe and try to be a good person - that is enough.

Blind faith: Faith defined by a blind man. A nonsequitur for some. A juxtaposition of two words such as: He ordered his steak rare done. "Fine, said the waiter, I suppose you want me to take your order on blind faith?"
A little non-sense poem comes to mind.
One bright day
In the middle of the night,
Two dead boys got up to fight.
Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other.
A deaf policeman heard the noise,
Came and killed the two dead boys.
A true definition of faith cannot be found in most dictionaries and little difference is made between faith and belief. Faith is the vision of the spirit. It is far from blindness to those who have it.
Few arrive at faith without facing great difficulty and asking some very hard questions. Faith is very much akin to other sensory functions. About the closet word may be intuition. However, faith also has aspects of belief, trust and other adjectives.
Faith is, in the spirit, taking a position like one takes to first, and ever after, ride a bicycle. You must believe you can ride that bicycle and if you don't ride it the first time you ride it the second or third.
Now I submit that what is exercised when you ride a bicycle is "unquestioning belief" You see yourself riding that bicycle! Is that blindness? Faith is a human ability which has nothing to do with subscribing to any of the world's great religions. My faith in Jesus Christ is not an idea or belief system, it is a position. It is far from blind.
Faith as an internal position involves body, mind and spirit. It engages emotions, self concept and how you feel about others. Faith works by love. This has nothing to do with supporting a list of beliefs one has memorized from a set of flash cards and accepts without question. There is a vast difference between moving without doubt in your heart and having questions in your head..
Faith: A human ability that turns hopes, that don't exist, into reality and makes the unseen visible.
Without faith it is impossible to please God.

A blind faith, can be any faith, what makes it blind is whe you don't know who what or WHY yor worshiping.
Following the church, JUST BECAUSE, society, mom, or dad says so, but not KNOWING Who your worshiping, what yor doing, and WHY your doing it, then it's blind.
You need to know WHY, find meaning, otherwise your blind.

Blind faith:
Jumping off a cliff not knowing how high it is.
Real faith:
Climbing down to the bottom, finding a mineral spring about 30 feet below, climbing back up, and jumping off the cliff knowing (even though you can't see it) that you'll land in the water below.

put yourself in a commercial airplane and fly to europe. You have
never met the pilot, you know nothing about the airplane, even if
it has enough fuel to get to Europe. You don't even know if there's
a place to land if you get there. You have just shown blind faith in
the pilot, the airplane, the refueling crew and the Europian ground crew.

Blind faith is Christian faith. It means believing in something with all your heart and soul despite the fact that all evidence, reason and logic points in the other direction.

Forcing your intellect to accept something it would normally reject because it has no evidence, no parallel and is told by those without knowledge.
I would like to tell you there is a teapot full of piping hot tea orbiting Mars. Now just believe.
