is there a fuse or relay for the rear vent motors on a 99' caravan,if so where is it!?

ive looked for any fuses or releays,but found none labled for them. i took the motors out to test them and they worked. i reinstalled them and they do not work,i already installed a new switch. must be a fuse or relay gone bad just cant find it.

Those motors get weak over time, and may need replaced.
Put a VOM or test light on the leads and verify if they are getting power.
