ok, here's the story... My guy friend Richard and I have been "talking" for about 2 1/2 weeks now and we were talking about stuff and the subject got brought up about making the first move. I am really shy and i know he is too, but i think it's more romantic if the guy makes the first move cause it shows me that he is interested in me. I told him that i didn't make first moves and i don't want to because i'm not sure that he is ready yet and i want him to do it when he is ready so i don't seem like i'm pressuring him to do it cause i want him to do it because he wants to and not because he feels pressured. We haven't held hands or hugged or anything like that yet. I'm wondering if there is something worng with me or if i'm doing something wrong. We talk about all kinds of stuff, being perverted and whatnot, but it seems like he isn't as interested as i thought he would be.Should i wait for him to or should i just go for it?

I would wait another week or two. If he still hasn't made a move, and you still have the same feelings for him, then I would make a move.

nothing wrong with u but seems u do like him much even more intrested than he is- wait more 2 weeks is not much at least make it 2 months
or u can look sexy & beautiful for him so he will run after u
