Think Eiffel Tower replica, cafe, bagguettes, cheese, grapes, wine bottles, Arc de Triomphe, mimes in black and white stripped shirts with gloves and face paint, L'Amore, hearts, red white and blue are the colors of the French flag, abstract art like Picasso. Cobblestone streets, bicycles.

Does your school have an art department? Perhaps you could talk to the director about having the students do Parisian themed paintings, which could then be showcased at the prom. If you have a local community theater group, see if they have done any shows with sets or backdrops of Paris (that you could borrow with a moderate rental fee, or a security deposit). You could probably get Paris themed hatboxes at local craft stores or discount stores, and use them on the tables.
