Clearly you don't understand Buddhism.
In Buddhism, it is believed that everyone can become a Buddha - that is to say an enlightened person.
Christians believe the same thing. We all have within us the ability to become enlightened. Christians use the term Christian Perfection.
Buddhists by and large love Jesus. They believe him to be a Buddha. An enlightened being. You will find him called Issa.
Look to the writings of and between Thomas Merton, Trappist (Christian) monk and Thich Nhat Hahn, Buddhist monk.
Also the Monastic Interreligious Dialog. Both Christian and Buddhist monks together sharing their thoughts.

Jesus is not the know all and be all. Did everyone before Jesus' time go to hell for not knowing him? If history of his life and death did not spread throughout the world until the days of Constantine, did all those possible billions of people on earth go to hell?
I am not saying Jesus wasn't a great man, and yes I do believe his miracles to be true, but your question is sterotypical and bias.
One dark fact about christianity; it was a religion created to keep under class and enslaved in line. The thinking was, "you are in the position your in, because that is what God wanted." If that is not what Jesus was about, why was God? Christians know how to seperate God and Jesus when it suits. That was a stereotype and bias comment, but is it fact or fiction!

No otherwise they would be a mixture of Buddhist and Christian. Deep down inside they believe in Buddha. But of course Christianity is always looking for a piece of the pie.

No they don't. Most are either Zen Buddhist, Pure Land Buddhist, or a combination of Buddhist and Shinto.

Of course they don't . Well, let me regress for a moment. I am an athiest, and I believe in Jesus....i believe that he was an actual person, that he was a teacher, preacher, revolutionary, and a very moral person....BUT< I do not believe that he is the son of god.

They all believe in the existence of Jesus, not necesarily as Christians would, because in their religious materials they mention him.

I think we all do, because we all have a spirit and it came from God, that's why even in you not believing in Him, you still have His image, your spirit, which means you can love you can do the things God does, because you have some form of His Spirit. SO that's for Buddhists, Atheists, Agnotisc, Christians, white, black, brown, whatever. We're all made out if His image, adn our spirit knows Him, though our minds and heart don't
