I don't know what the fine will be. I do know that 92 in a 65 mph zone and a charge of reckless driving will get you a 60 day suspension of your license in addition to any fines imposed. You need a good attorney to be there with you when you appear in court. If you don't have a good attorney, find one or you risk the loss of your license.

Are both charges on the same citation? You can probably count on bringing at least funds for the following: The fine for each of the counts will probably be at least $25.00 (unless lowered by the judge). The cost of court will be $110.00 per citation. If you got both charges on the same citation form you will have one court cost. If there are two seperate citations you will have two costs of court.
In the absence of any grossly aggravating factors, an atty. could probably wrangle out a decent plea bargain with the DA. If you have a NC driver's license and depending on your past driving history, DMV will surely attach some points to your license. Unless you get a charge reduction, your insurance is gonna take a hit, too. Good luck.

A lot....Get out your checkbook. The reckless driving tells me you must have been weaving in and out of lanes trying to pass everybody. Plus your insurance is going to go up.
