My cousin has little white spots on her skin how can she reduce them before
they go any bigger.

She has to get her skin bleached like Michael Jackson did.

I had a friend once who had the same problem. She now has big white spots on areas of her skin. She was told by a doctor that she was losing the pigment in her skin and she had some big name for it. I don't remember what it was. Anyway, when she goes out in the sun, the areas that are white get really red and she has to stay covered. See a doctor and be careful!

your cousin should has deficency of calcium.he/she should eat a lot of vegetables along with fruits.believe me i had the same problem and i did this. they just went in 1 week !!!!or if this does not work take him/her to the skin specilist. (doctor)

it means she has deficiency of calcium. she should drink milk two times a day .
