The act of chewing stimulates digestion...it gets the stomach ready to intake food. When no food actually gets put in your stomach, you get hunger cramps. Also, the sweet flavour can make people crave more sweets...especially sugar free gum (the body tastes the sweetness, expects calories from sugar, and then gets hungry when those calories don't arrive). You're better off having a big glass of water, and maybe buying some fibre pills or high fibre cereal and have some of that with a big glass of water...that will do a much better job of filling you up.

When your chew gum your brain is telling your stomach to prepare for food. Its secreting enzymes which are suppose to break down the food. Without the food its basically going no where, building bile and gas, which leaves you a lot more empty than you started. This is way bad for you because this acid eats away at your stomach lining which could cause serious side effects. Hope i haven't deterred you from ever eating gum again..although it wouldn't be a bad idea:)

Any time you chew, your brain automatically thinks that you're eating. You even produce more saliva in order to break down the food faster for your stomach!
When you chew gum, you're basically tricking your brain. It thinks that you are eating b/c you are chewing, but when nothing hits your stomach, your body gets confused; thus resulting in more hunger. :-(

Chewing gum can actually supress your hunger, but I guess it could for some people.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/MXChN

If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.

It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.
