Call information and get the 1-800 number for suicide prevention.. they have counselors on duty 24/7.

We all get depressed sometimes in our lives but nothing is worth suicide. You obviously need help to get things into perspective. Just keep telling yourself that if you still feel the same in the morning then you can get some help. Have a look on the internet for sites on helping you with your thoughts. I'm not a religious person so I'm not going to tell you that God wouldn't like it but your life is extremely worth it. Also try to imagine how friends & family would feel if they lost you - even though you are probably saying that they don't care - THEY DO. As someone who doesn't know you I CARE!!

Think about who would miss you if you were gone. Why would they miss you? The answer will tell you why you are here, all that is good in you, what people love about you, what you have to offer this world. God put you here for a purpose. Sometimes we let negative things cloud us. Get yourself out of this negativity and look for solutions. Begin by looking for help, as everyone before me has already advised. You need professional help. You'd be surprised how well it works. Call someone who is supportive of you and is a LIFTER, not a downer. Make a list of all the good things in your life. Make another list of goals. How will you achieve them? What can you do TODAY to better yourself and your situation? Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Good luck and God bless you.

Check the telephone book and see if there is a crisis line for your area. They should be open 24/7. Call them immediately.

Go to a hospital that has a mental health ward. Or, go spend the night with a good friend. You shouldn't be alone. Depression and suicidal thoughts are serious illnesses that should be treated. There are people out there who care and can help you.

Look in your telephone book. There are usually some toll free crisis hotlines that you can call. These people are sympathetic and will lend an ear so you can talk things out. Please do not end your life as it is so precious. If you are at your wits end, you may also go to your local emergency department or acute care facility. They will be able to put you in touch with the people that can help you and also keep a close eye on you during this difficult time. I will be praying for you.

If you ring your GP they should put you on to an emergency out of hours doctor, who will contact a mental health home treatment team for you. They will come out to see you and offer you help. If the out of hours doctor is not available dial 999 and ask for the ambulance service or the police to advise you of who to contact in your area. Don't be afraid to contact 999, this is an emergency.

I am a trauma nurse...I worked in a very large busy ER in Atlanta. You really need to got to the Emergency room and tell them you are suicidal. If you don't have a ride, call an ambulance! Please.

The hospital will help you calm down and get someone to talk to you and decide what the best course of treatment is....They will give you medication and put you in a safe environment, as to not hurt yourself!

They will be very kind and caring...please go...NOW!!

Call a crisis hotline. They are trained and sensitive. Here's a url for all 50 states. Since you are saying it is 18:30, that wouldn't be in the US, but it's the best I can do with the information we have. Please consider your loved ones. It may not seem like it, but they do love you and would be devastated for you to take that selfish act of taking your life. And think about the person that has to clean that up and how it would affect them for the rest of their lives. Prayer works wonders...

I know the type of person I am and if you are anything like me, you need to talk to someone...anyone that you can trust! I understand things get bad....but they will get better! I have been though a lot in my 24 years and have honestly felt low like you most likely do, but find a reason to smile and find a reason to live! My Grandma always told when things got bad...."THIS TOO SHALL PASS!"

Going to the hospital is the best answer if you can afford to, ignore all the jerks who think you"just want attnetion" too. I am also very suicidal. I numb it thought as best as I can until one day I don't wake up.

Here are some pages that sorta helped me when I was
feeling REAL bad
