No, it is a kind gesture.

No, not at all! It sounds like a very nice gesture. I would suggest a rose. Men feel kind of awkward (I think) when they're given flowers. Red=love, Pink= I forget and White = friendship. Or you don't have to buy a Rose, but yes, that's a nice thing to do.

Not only is it not wrong, but I heard on the radio that a flower delivery man was delivering almost as many flowers to men this year as to women!!! How about that for a nice change.

I love to get flowers. My wife gave me flowers once. I wish she had done so more, but like you she had some feeling that women are not supposed to give men flowers.

Take care,
Troy

No, it isn't wrong as long as he is mature enough to understand who he is and what the flower from you represents. But don't forget that a nice set of tickets to a ball game might be a good gift at some other time (for a special occasion).

I personally don't believe guys see the value or the perception that a rose signify. To a women it's affectionate gift. To a guy it's like Why did she give me a rose what am i going to do with this i don't have a vase. No it's not wrong but, I honestly believe they are better ways to express yourself to him in a way that he comprehends and likes. Which is what you would want to do.

I think it is alright if you do it in confidence, like if you bring them to him at his apt when he's alone or wait until after school to give them to him in his car, out of sight of his friends. I wouldn't mind receiving a rose from a girl, bc it would really tell me how she feels about me, that's unique and I've never received one before, I would find it very sweet. Just don't do it in front of his friends bc that would be embarassing for him, if he wants them to know, he'll tell them or show them when they come over to his place... (Views of a 21 yr old male)

No. It shows them that you are thinking of them in a romantic way. Guys deserve to get flowers too.

I REALLY hate getting flowers at work. But it depends on the guy. If he is the sensitive type he may be touched.
